Facilitation

This involves our facilitator approaching parties with a view to seeing if a FGCs ad Restorative FGCs are suitable using sensitive and planned preparation procedures.

If suitable our facilitator will manage the face-to-face meeting or, if this cannot take place, an indirect dialogue between the parties.

Your Family Matters facilitators follow Restorative Justice and Family Group Conferencing principles.
